None. The figure you see is all-in — no resort fees, no equipment surcharges, no surprises at checkout. Day trips off the water are the only thing paid separately, and only if you choose them.
Single occupancy is your own private room to yourself. Double occupancy is the per-person rate when two of you share a room — a lower price each, same private ensuite.
Stays start at five nights, though most guests come for a full Saturday-to-Saturday week — it’s enough time to genuinely progress. Longer is always possible; just ask.
